I am a researcher at CEDLAS (Centro de Estudios Distributivos, Laborales y Sociales) at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina. My work focuses on labor economics, gender economics, and social policy in Latin America.

My research examines gender gaps and labor market dynamics, contributing to the understanding of socioeconomic conditions across the region. At CEDLAS, I collaborate on projects that generate rigorous empirical evidence to inform public policy debates.
